Company Policies

At Dump n Dash LTD, we strive to provide efficient and reliable junk removal, estate clean-up, and light demolition services. We understand that plans may change, and we aim to accommodate your needs within reasonable limits. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below.

Dump N Dash LTD reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or provided upon request.

Refunds

If our crew arrives on-site and is unable to perform the service due to customer absence, inaccessible location, or lack of preparation, a no-show fee of $75 may apply.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service will not incur any cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee to cover scheduling and travel costs.

Please include your name, service address, date of service, and a brief explanation of your request.

No show policy

If our crew arrives on-site and is unable to perform the service due to customer absence, inaccessible location, or lack of preparation, a no-show fee of $75 may apply.

Deposits

Deposits made to secure service dates are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance or at the discretion of management under special circumstances.

Overpayments or Billing Errors

If a customer is mistakenly overcharged or billed in error, we will issue a full refund or credit within 5–7 business days upon review.

Incomplete Services

If the service is not completed due to equipment failure or our crew’s fault, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, or a rescheduled service at no additional cost.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with the service received, please contact us within 48 hours of completion. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund, discount, or corrective service.
