If our crew arrives on-site and is unable to perform the service due to customer absence, inaccessible location, or lack of preparation, a no-show fee of $75 may apply.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee to cover scheduling and travel costs.

Deposits made to secure service dates are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance or at the discretion of management under special circumstances.

If you are unsatisfied with the service received, please contact us within 48 hours of completion. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund, discount, or corrective service.
